Happy Anniversary Sweetie!!!
Posted by: | CommentsWhen we got married, you and I stood on a beach to describe our devotion to each other in front of our family and friends. And since that day I have paused countless times to reflect upon the many blessings you have brought into my life, especially Sam and Evan. I thought it was only fitting that I reiterate the words I spoke to you seven years ago on that beach for our anniversary today.
A year ago my life changed in dramatic ways. At that point I was questioning alot of things in my life. Then in August I received an answer to these uncertainties in my life.
From the first day we met you have never judged me for my faults and have accepted me for who I am. In the beginning you treated me with care, honesty and respect. As time went by, those traits shifted to love, affection, and as always respect.
You have opened your heart and your life to me. So my vow and promise to you is to strive everyday to treat you the way you’ve treated me since the day we met – with love, honesty, respect, and understanding.
Holly I love you and cannot wait for the adventures that lie before us in our lives together. My hope is that I can live up to my promise to you for all of our days to come.
I love you very much and cannot wait to see what new adventures await us in the years to come. Happy Anniversary.
A special thank you…
Posted by: | CommentsAs we wrap up this white Christmas weekend, a special thank you goes out to my wife Holly. She put in the effort to put together another wonderful Christmas for all us. Thank you for having the patience to put up with the boys (sometimes all 3 of them) when you were doing your baking. Thank you for making sure the rest of us were enjoying ourselves, even when you were the one who needed a rest. And thank you for the planning and preparations you did to make this all seem so easy.
Holly, as we wind down this holiday season, please remember this one last thing… it’s someone else’s turn next year.
Love, all your family.
Happy Birthday Holly!!!
