How I know she loves me…
Posted by: | CommentsThere are some days that I just know my wife loves me. Today is one of those days. Why? Because she let the Pop Fairy in house yesterday. The Pop Fairy is a magical creature who unselfishishly fills the garage refrigerator with pop that only I drink.
Thanks sweetie. I love you.
Holly is still gushing…
Posted by: | CommentsWe, ok Holly, finally got one of her top projects knocked out. The fire place upstairs got refinished. This picture doesn’t do justice to how spectacular it really turned out. No matter how much Photoshopping you do to a picture, bad light is bad light. Look for some better pictures later this weekend.
Happy Birthday Holly!
Posted by: | CommentsWishing my sweetie and the best Mom all around a great big happy birthday. From all of your boys who love you very much.
Happy Birthday Holly!
Way to go Holly!
Posted by: | CommentsWe all went out to cheer Holly on this morning. Holly joined 1500 other runners for the 1/2 marathon as part of the Mankato Marathon.
Happy Birthday Holly…

Holly update…
Posted by: | CommentsJust a quick update on how Holly’s doing. The mobility in her fingers appears to be doing better. It comes and goes, depending on the activity she does the prior day. She plans on having an MRI on Monday. So we’re hoping we’ll hear something definitive from the scan.
I’ll post more mid-week.
Yes, I saw it too…
Posted by: | CommentsIt’s been pointed out a couple of times now, but yes, I did notice Holly cleaning up in the background when I took the video of Evan cheering for the Vikings last night.
Another first…
Posted by: | CommentsHolly used the ‘Do you want me to get your Dad’ threat for the first time tonight after Sam got in trouble.
Everybody likes to ride the Gator…
Posted by: | CommentsHolly just had to get her turn on the Gator earlier this week.

Happy Anniversary Sweetie!!!
Posted by: | CommentsWhen we got married, you and I stood on a beach to describe our devotion to each other in front of our family and friends. And since that day I have paused countless times to reflect upon the many blessings you have brought into my life, especially Sam and Evan. I thought it was only fitting that I reiterate the words I spoke to you seven years ago on that beach for our anniversary today.
A year ago my life changed in dramatic ways. At that point I was questioning alot of things in my life. Then in August I received an answer to these uncertainties in my life.
From the first day we met you have never judged me for my faults and have accepted me for who I am. In the beginning you treated me with care, honesty and respect. As time went by, those traits shifted to love, affection, and as always respect.
You have opened your heart and your life to me. So my vow and promise to you is to strive everyday to treat you the way you’ve treated me since the day we met – with love, honesty, respect, and understanding.
Holly I love you and cannot wait for the adventures that lie before us in our lives together. My hope is that I can live up to my promise to you for all of our days to come.
I love you very much and cannot wait to see what new adventures await us in the years to come. Happy Anniversary.
