First day of school…
Posted by: | CommentsWhile last week was ‘technically’ the first day of school for Sam, today was Evan’s first day. So I took pictures of the two school boys this morning.

Posted by: | CommentsSam and Evan on their way to explore a “cave” near Lake Okoboji. They got to wear miner caps to help them collect rocks and fossils. As cheesy as the setup was, the kids had an absolute blast.

He not only put away his shoes after we came inside tonight, but scolded Sam for not doing the same, and then put Sam’s shoes away too.
Let’s see if this sticks when he’s fifteen.
Irony…
Posted by: | CommentsThe definition of Irony: My parents came back to Minnesota to get away from the hot Nevada summers. It was 20°F warmer in Minnesota today.
