A day at the zoo…

The whole family went to the MN zoo today for a mid-week outing. Holly works every other weekend, so she gets every Tuesday off. All I can say is Sam had a blast! The monkeys were the first thing we saw and after about two minutes he was asking what was next.  We went past sea otters, bears, and bubbling mud. 

The biggest attraction for Sam was the petting area in the Farm Area. There were about 10-15 goats in a penned area that you could pet and feed them. Personally, I thought it was funny the way a Mom and her daughter reacted when a goat took care of business about two feet away.  You would have thought someone had dumped toxic waste on their front lawn.  Too funny.
